Ordering from us
Anyone residing within Europe can purchase and receive our goods through the website using Paypal. We ship using First Class Recorded Delivery and Special Delivery only. In stock items ordered by 12 noon will aim to be shipped out within two working days, however customer information must be verified first. While we have a lot of stock, occasionally you might not find your size.

Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order within seven (7) working days after your order has been made, all cancellations must be in writing (e-mails accepted). Refunds will be done ASAP but within 30 days, the total amount refunded will be the cost of the item/s including any postage paid by you.

Returns Policy
We will accept returns of unworn, re-sellable, regular price goods for exchange or refund, when posted to us within seven (7) working days after receipt. All Returns must be pre-authorised. Authorisation is available by e-mail. Goods with manufacturing defects will be replaced or refunded at our option. The customer will bear the cost of sending back the item/s to us, all items must be sent by a trackable form of postage. Goods must be returned in the original packaging materials. Goods on SALE or part of a promotion are final unless defective. Refunds will be done ASAP but within 30 days, the total amount refunded will be the cost of the items excluding any postage paid by you.
